Dear all,

If you would like to register at the Greek school or ask for more information then please email your details to greekschoolbristol@googlemail.com and we will be in touch.

For adult students (aged 18 or over), please complete the forms:

   1. Hellenic School Registration form (Adult)

   2. Hellenic School Donation Fee form

   3. Subscription to the Greek Community form (recommended for the discounted community membership rate) if you are not a community member already. *

For child students (aged 17 and under) please complete the forms:

   1. Hellenic School Registration form (Child)

   2. Hellenic School Donation Fee form

   3. Child Protection Information form (return this in a sealed envelope with the student's name on it)

   4. E-Safety and Consent form

   5. Subscription to the Greek Community form (recommended for the discounted community membership rate) if you are not a community member already. *

The PAYMENT CANCELLATION PROCEDURES are for students leaving during the academic school year:
If a student leaves at any time during the 1st TRIMESTER: ‘Christmas Term’, the 2nd TRIMESTER: ‘Easter Term’ or the 3rd TRIMESTER: ‘Summer Term’; then payment for this term must be made in full.

If paying monthly by standing order, this then means instalments including the month of which is the last day of that term must be made. If paying annually, then the annual fee will be split accordingly into 3 termly amounts.

The Community Membership is valid for a year, from January to December. For those who are not members and wish to join, if you pay your subscription at the school in September, you will gain 3 months complimentary membership. The renewal of existing members then should pay their donation fee thereafter annually directly to the Church Committee for January each year.

However if you decide not to be a member of the community, then the school donation fees, will be the higher amount.

Kind Regards
Mrs Theo Lester
School Committee Vice-Chairperson

*As the school is charity based for the Greek community, we require people to be members of the Greek community. This does not commit you to anything but will help you get a reduced donation fee price and you will receive the quarterly newsletter and communications of any events that may be organised over the year.
